Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Media Research Analyst to join our Communication and Media team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct comprehensive research and analysis on digital media trends, platforms, and audience behavior. The Digital Media Research Analyst will play a critical role in providing valuable insights and recommendations to optimize our digital media strategies and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify digital media trends, emerging platforms, and consumer behavior patterns.
- Collect and evaluate data from various sources, including online platforms, social media, industry reports, and digital marketing tools.
- Analyze and interpret data to generate actionable insights, ensuring relevance to the organization's digital media objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital media campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for digital media initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in digital media research methodologies.
- Assist in the development of digital media strategies and plans based on research findings and insights.
- Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and clients, in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of research methodologies, data sources, and findings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Media Research Analyst or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital media research tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, and third-party market research databases.
- Solid understanding of digital media channels, including social media, search engine marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify patterns and trends in complex data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to provide strategic recommendations.
- Familiarity with research ethics and privacy regulations.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for staying updated with the latest digital media industry trends.
